Development Coordinator (she/her)

I support the development team in donor communications and acknowledgement and fundraising events

Picking just ONE favorite childhood book is impossible but when I was young I was on a mission to read every book written by Sharon Creech.

Nothing is on my desk at SAL yet but at home a Cristina Martinez print, some plants, and many many books (of course.)

I grew up here in Seattle and when I’m not working, I can be found adventuring around town, a beach or a hiking trail with my rescue pup, Remi.

It’s nearly impossible to name my favorite SAL event—I fall a little bit in love with every one. Yaa Gyasi (even though it was virtual in 2020 because HOMEGOING), Hanif Abdurraqib, and recently R.F. Kuang come to mind but you’ll have to ask me again next week!

🤪  is the emoji that best represents me because it’s silly and a little sassy. I believe it’s really important to be able to laugh at yourself and find humor even in difficult situations.
