Sarah Guo is an incompetent pianist, hopeless romantic, and reluctant senior at Interlake High School in Bellevue, Washington. Her poetry aims to transform the intimacy of everyday emotion into the majesty of macrocosmic abstraction. She has published her own novel, Heir of Lightning, and has poetry and short stories published or forthcoming in Maudlin House, Quail Bell Review, and The Drabble.
