Mark has been a board member since 2011, and served as past president. He is Chief Data Scientist at Ibis Networks and an Orcas Power and Light Company Board member; San Juan County Econ Development Council Board President; and San Juan Island Library District trustee. He is a co-founder of AllRecipes.com. Mark’s past roles include RealNetworks (then Progressive Networks), Microsoft, Internap Network Services, Network Clarity, and Pinpoint Venture Group. A Ph.D. candidate at the University of Washington, he has an M.S., University of Wisconsin-Madison, and B.A., U.W.
