Kiana Gladney uses she/they pronouns interchangeably. She’s an upperclassmen at Garfield high school. She was born in Portland, OR but has lived in Seattle, WA all her life. She moved back with her parents as a baby in order to be raised closer to family. She’s always loved creative exploration, writing, and lyricism as a whole and hopes to go into a field where she can utilize her writing and or performance arts skills for public speaking or something of the like. Before she wrote long form poetry, she found her passion for writing through writing free verse in school through WITS, and fun fact regarding her literature: she’s a singer-songwriter as well!
