Patron Services Manager (she/her)

My position at SAL is the Patron Services Manager—code for Customer Service—which means I’m the manager of all things ticketing, from the database, to the box office, to the night of the events. Can’t navigate the SAL website? Misplace your ticket? Call me! I’m also a relationship-builder with ticket holders, bookstore and restaurant partners, and volunteers. My favorite books as a kid were the Nancy Drew series. Nancy and her friends were curious, fearless, and loved adventure. Their mysterious world intrigued and captivated me and allowed me to escape my own. When I’m not at SAL, I can be found in my perennial garden, tending and obsessing over it and sometimes relaxing and reading in it—weather permitting, of course. My ideal Sunday is a leisurely one. It starts by sleeping in, listening to “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me,” and sipping a cappuccino while reading the Sunday Seattle Times, with perhaps a visit to the West Seattle Farmer’s Market, a walk with my dog and friends in Lincoln or Alki Park, rounded out by some reading, cooking, and dinner with friends.
