Charlotte Soliven
Youth Poetry Fellow
Charlotte Soliven (she/her) is 15 years old and is going to be a sophomore at Liberty High School. When she isn’t being indecisive over how to write her poems she can be found singing in her friends band, falling over and collapsing the pyramid when cheerleading or acting in her schools theatre program. She loves to experiment with her writing and began writing poetry because her teacher gave her the option between writing a poem or an essay for an assignment in class. She aims to explore the joys in mundane everyday life and the relationships she could not live without. Her hope is to “have feelings professionally” like Niel Hilborn describes.
