A Fullbright scholar, Guggenheim fellow, and recipeint of numerous other awards, Charles Wright has written fourteen books of poetry, including Black Zodiac (1997), which won the Pulitzer Prize and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize, and the National Book Critics Circle Award.
