Faces of SAL: Nisha Nariya

Welcome to the SAL board, Nisha Nariya!

To welcome Jamie to the board, we spoke to her about her PNW activities, old favorite reads, and what a great day is . . .

What’s your current occupation?
I am Counsel at Perkins Coie practicing in Tax, Trusts, and Estates.

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in the PNW, I went to UW for undergrad, traveled away for law school, and like the salmon in the PNW found my way back home to Seattle.

What was your favorite book as a kid (and why)?
Harry Potter, it was so fun to have a series where everyone was excited about the release and you would line up at the bookstore to get a copy and then immediately read it as fast as you could.

What’s your ideal Sunday?
Going for a run, getting time to read a good book, and enjoying a nice meal with my family and friends.

What’s your personal motto?
Live and let live.

Thank you so much, Nisha! We’re thrilled to have you on the SAL board!
