An Update on COVID-19

We’re all concerned about the developments of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, in King County, and the precautions we need to take as an organization and as individuals to stay healthy.

At Seattle Arts & Lectures, we are carefully monitoring all updates from the Washington State Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control, and King County Public Health.

SAL will be communicating any scheduling adjustments for future events through email, social media, and our website. Here are the events that have already been rescheduled or moved to a different format:

Elizabeth Kolbert will be streamed online on April 22, 2020.

Rick Barot has been rescheduled to Friday, May 15, 2020.

Min Jin Lee has been rescheduled to Monday, June 15, 2020.

Carol Anderson has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 21, 2020.

The Moth Mainstage has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 6, 2020.

Any decisions we make will be led by public health guidelines and recommendations. For more information on COVID-19 and how it spreads, please see these resources from the CDC and the WA State Dept. of Health.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns before next week, feel free to contact our Box Office at boxoffice@lectures.org or 206-621-2230 x10.

We hope you and your families stay safe during this time. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this together.
