2008-09 Teachers as Scholars Seminar Registration

Cost:

Seminars are free for a specified number of teachers from each school, district, or independent consortium that is a 2008-09 TAS member.

Seminars cost $180 each for teachers not covered by a membership. Click here to read more about TAS membership.

Logistics:

TAS seminars are 2-part events, so plan to attend both seminar dates listed. All seminars meet Saturdays, 9am to 1pm, in the Simpson Center for the Humanities, on the University of Washington Seattle campus. You can find the dates and descriptions on the Seminar Descriptions page.

Faculty:

All seminars are led by University of Washington faculty. Faculty bios can be found on the Seminar Descriptions page.

Clock Hours and Credit:

All seminars are eligible for clock hours or university credit. You may earn up to 10 clock hours, at no additional charge, if you attend both seminar sessions. New for 2008-09, credit is offered at the graduate level! If you elect to take the credit option, there is an additional fee. The 2008-09 credit fee will be $187.
