A Blog of Seattle Arts & Lectures

Photo Gallery: Timothy Egan

On October 26, Timothy Egan—Pulitzer-prize winning journalist and history writer—gave a lecture for SAL’s 2016/17 Literary Arts Series at Benaroya Hall. SAL Associate Director Rebecca Hoogs introduced the night’s program, and the Q&A was moderated by David Domke, Professor and Chair of the Department of Communication at the University of Washington. The evening was opened by Myhanh Wong, who read her poem “Lantern,” a piece she created while participating in the WITS Program with Writer-in-Residence Rachel Kessler.
