SAL’s 2016/17 Season Posters, Unveiled

In early summer, a class of nine graphic designers at the School of Visual Concepts dreamed up a series of clever, inspiring posters celebrating SAL and our 2016/17 Season, under the guidance of Jeff Kleinsmith and Sasha Barr of Sub Pop Records. Now, we’re ecstatic to announce they’re ready to be unveiled to the world!

Keep an eye out for these designs, which will be appearing on telephone poles and pinboards near you. (On that score: keep tabs on SAL’s social media—we’ll be announcing a “gotta catch ’em all” poster contest soon!) All of the designs will also be on display at our 2016/17 Season opener with Ann Patchett on September 19th.

In order of appearance, the designers are: Grant Robinson, Matt Empson, Vignesh Sachidanandam, Lynsey Schwab, Zach Roy, Rosie Gaynor, Amanda Graham, Dan Ramirez & Andrea DimondMany thanks to the School of Visual Concepts for their collaboration and partnership on this project, as well as these brilliant designers.
